A flat with a view

I only really have one window in my flat*, but it makes up for it by having a marvellous view. On a day like today it really cheers me up – seeing all the way to the hills. I grew up in a very flat area of the country and hills are still a novelty, I suppose!

Looking North…

* Don’t worry, the rest are skylights!

    Is that a pteradactyl? Or a pigeon…

I only spotted that when I uploaded it, isn’t it great? I like to think it’s something more dignified than a pigeon and more friendly than a pterodactyl. But it’s a probably a seagull….
